Robin's Profile
Robin started Watercolour painting in 1995 as an alternative to his Photographic work after loosing his Darkroom facilities when moving house. He soon found that his style of painting was popular and started attracting buyers and commissions for further work.
Over the past years he has had work accepted for the Sussex Open at the Brighton Museum Art Gallery and other Exhibitions and is Chairman of the renown Southwick Art Club, in the UK.
Robin's subjects are inspired by his love for the Countryside, Rivers, Animals, Sea & Nature, also by his enjoyment in visiting Historic buildings and Towns. He is a great believer in tradition and conservation which reflect in his Paintings.
His style sometimes varies to suit the subject being painted but are always in watercolour.
His main aim in painting is for his own enjoyment and for others to also enjoy his work as is reflected in the reasonable fees for his pictures.
